PURCHASE DRUGS BY INTERNATIONAL MAILS.
Is it legal to buy medications from an overseas pharmacy without a prescription?
Yes! This process is completely legal. Every year, thousands of people travel aboard and fill their prescriptions. Now with the power of the Internet, you can do the same thing without even leaving the comforts of your own home. We have posted several news stories that prove this process is completely legal.
Are medications from other countries safe?
Medications are manufactured overseas under license. They are regulated, tested and in most cases are as safe as any medication manufactured in the USA. We only place reputable, reliable drugs on our site.
Do I need to know the foreign name of a medication to be able to order from any of your pharmacy sources?
No. The drug usually can be ordered by the brand name or the generic name. However, we also supply you with information to obtain the name of a drug in most languages and to find the generic name for a particular medication.
How can this benefit me?
Simply put, if you know what type of medications your doctor prescribes, you can save money. Many Senior Citizens have to choose between paying bills and buying medication. By purchasing their medication from Canada or other countries, they can realize dramatic savings.
Why is the cost of medications so much cheaper from overseas pharmacies?
Drugs manufactured overseas are cheaper because in many cases brand name drugs have generic versions available that aren't available in the USA due to patent laws (and other politics). In addition, drug manufacturers overseas don't have huge advertising and other costs which are driving USA drug prices up.
This medication is up to 80% cheaper in foreign countries because the pharmaceutical companies price the medication according to what the citizens of the countries can afford to pay. For example, the citizens of Thailand, Mexico, and Asia cannot afford to pay the same price as citizens of the U.S. If they were forced to pay the same price, one prescription could cost a whole year's salary. Instead, the pharmaceutical companies charge lower prices overseas and then make up for the cost by gouging U.S. citizens with high prices. The pharmaceutical companies operate this way because they think we can afford it and to help cover the losses they sustain in foreign countries.
Before now, the only way to enjoy these reduced costs was to travel to the foreign countries and purchase the drugs in person. But not anymore!!! Now, with our information, you will have instant access to these online foreign pharmacies, and be able to place an order immediately, and have the order shipped to your front door. All for as little as 80% of what you normally pay.
Do I need to provide a prescription for my order?
If certain drugs require a legitimate prescription a customer can be asked for prescription after placing an order on our site. You can either email or fax us the proper prescription at 1-888-567-7830 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Our customer support will get in touch with you within 24 hours time regarding your prescription.
Can I get into trouble importing medications?
To our knowledge there has never been an instance where anyone attempting to import medicine for personal use in a 90 day supply has ever had any legal problems. A visit to the US Customs website under Traveler Information will confirm this. Customs reserves the right to refuse any shipment entry, but this does not mean that such attempted importation is a crime unless the drug in question is illegal to possess, i.e. Marijuana, LSD, Ecstasy etc.
When medications are obtained through the mail, Customs only has two options with regards to import of prescription meds coming from a legitimate pharmacist or physician, to refuse them entry or to pass them through. Since no less than 250,000 pieces of foreign mail, including flat envelopes resembling correspondence, regular mail, documents, small packages, etc. arrive at every USA port of entry each day for clearance, it is physically impossible for them to reject or even scrutinize any more than 10%. So 90% of the time meds pass un-inspected, but legally. If a package is randomly looked at, and if a customs clerk deems it inadmissible for import, the worst scenario is that the package is 'held' or what is usually called 'seized'. This seizure can be contested if the meds shipped are in a 90 day supply or less for personal medical use.
There are no legal repercussions for this type of import. It is not unlawful, and a 'seizure' is less ominous than a parking ticket. You have to 'pay' a parking ticket. A 'seizure' simply means 'shipment refused entry'.
What are your Shipping and Handling Fees?
We have two modes of shipment. Standard Shipment charge is $10.00 which takes 12 to 18 days and Express Shipment charge is $15.00 which takes 7 to 12 days to get the parcel at your doorstep.
All the parcels would be sent through USPS.
Will you ship medications to an international address?
Yes. Currently, the pharmacy ships all prescriptions by express mail to ensure quick and reliable delivery. However, delays may sometime occur with Customs and/or the FDA. If you would like medications shipped overseas, special arrangements can be made to do so. However, we can guarantee about the delivery. Any additional charges that are required for shipping, duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
How are the shipments made?
MedMax Pharmacy is located overseas and hence all shipments originate from there and are flown to their respective destination. Express shipment is employed for shipping all orders. Express shipment means that the consignment is traceable and can be tracked.
During this entire stretch, it is possible to track the package, with the courier tracking number provided by the express shipment company. The courier tracking number is provided by pharmacy, once your parcel is shipped. This facility helps you to keep a close-watch on the movement of your shipment, towards its final destination. The entire shipping process is traceable and hence the customers can get their parcels right at their door-step as per their convenience and without any hassles.
If no one will be at your delivery address to sign for the shipment during the time it should arrive, they will leave a note on the door directing delivery to a nearest post office.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your order is lost in the mail, the pharmacy will send you a replacement at no charge. However, you may be held liable for the loss if it is determined you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address.
Are there any countries to which you do not deliver?
No. The drugs sold at MedMax Pharmacy can be purchased from any country in the world. We deliver worldwide with the exception of Sweden.
What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
Signature is required to ensure the proper delivery of the parcel. Consequently, the postman will leave the parcel in your mailbox if you have one or they will direct it to the nearest post office.
What is a generic drug?
A Generic drug is
a copy that is the same as a brand-name drug in dosage, safety, strength,
quality, performance, and intended use. When a pharmaceutical manufacturer
develops a new drug, it gives its drug two names. One is the generic name, or
the name of the chemical compound that compose the drug. The other is the brand
name, which is the name the manufacturer and others commonly use to refer to
the product. A brand name drug is marketed under a specific trade name by a
pharmaceutical manufacturer. In most cases, these drugs are still under patent
protection, meaning the manufacturer is the sole source for the product but in
many Countries around the world this is not the case and a generic alternative
is readily available. A generic drug is made with the same active ingredients
in the same dosage form as a brand name drug. The generic drug is
therapeutically equivalent to the brand name drug but is sold under its
chemical or "generic" name.
Is generic medicine as safe and effective as their brand-name equivalents?
manufacturing and marketing of the generic drugs must be conducted in strict
compliance with the guidelines established by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA). The FDA is a federal agency staffed with pharmaceutical
and medical experts who ensure the safety and effectiveness of both generic and
brand-name prescription medications. Free prescription drug may be sold without
this approval. To get an "A"rating by the FDA, the generic drug must
meet the same rigid standards as the brand-name drug. An "A-"rating
means a generic drug is identical, or "bioequivalent,"to a brand-name
Performance Medical Use
How can we be assured of continued quality of generic drugs?
In addition to tests performed prior to market entry, the FDA regularly assesses the quality of products in the marketplace and thoroughly researches and evaluates the reports of alleged drug product in equivalence.
Who makes Generic Drugs?
Some are manufactured by the same pharmaceutical companies that make brand drugs;others are produced by pharmaceutical companies specializing in the manufacturing of generics. All prescription drug manufacturers must meet rigid FDA, WHO and GMP approval.
